Health Guarantee & Contract
At Royal Family Kennelz, every puppy leaves our home with a written health guarantee and a signed sales contract. We stand behind our breeding program and want every family to feel fully protected. Guarantee period: [X months/years] against major genetic health conditions, provided the puppy has been examined by a licensed veterinarian within [X days] of pickup/delivery and kept current on recommended vaccinations and preventative care. Contract terms cover: health guarantee conditions, spay/neuter requirements (if applicable), registration paperwork, return/rehoming policy, and deposit terms. What's Covered
Our health guarantee covers major genetic health conditions affecting a puppy’s ability to live a normal, healthy life, including [heart, hip/joint, and other genetic conditions as specified in the written contract]. It does not cover injury, illness caused by improper care, or conditions arising after the guarantee period ends. Buyer is responsible for ongoing veterinary care, vaccinations, and a vet check within the required window after pickup or delivery to keep the guarantee valid.
